As our Digital Marketing Guru, you will focus on performance based digital marketing activities to make sure sales reach their max potential.

YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?

Monitor and analyse the impact of online campaigns (via SoMe, Google and e-mail) and take action when necessary to ensure the quality and further improvement of results
Co-build the digital marketing plan, convert it into concrete actions and evaluate in order to maximize sales. Ensure continuous improvement based on AB testing
It is your responsibility to make sure GIMBER reaches its full online potential. Basically make sure we can’t miss GIMBER
Collaborate and keep in touch with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the best possible content
You are responsible for the full online media budget and ensure the return on investment
Lead several digital marketing projects in close collaboration with the marketing and sales team, e.g.: building the digital roadmap
You love to stay well informed of the evolutions within the digital marketing world

What we expect from you:

You have obtained at least a Bachelor degree
You have minimum 6 years working experience in a similar role
You are HUNGRY to further develop our online presence
You will blow us away with your analytical mindset
You are KPI and result driven
Besides keeping the helicopter view, you don’t shy away from ensuring ads are put in place correctly (every now and then)
You are a strong communicator and are not afraid to challenge your stakeholders
You are familiar with project and stakeholder management
You are a team player and would love to meet your colleagues 3 days per week in the office
SEO & SEA, Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram have no secrets for you
You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
