Supply Chain Assistant

As Supply Chain Assistant you will be part of the operations team and people would describe you as “the Jack of all trades”.

YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?

• Follow-up and preparation of purchase orders (product, office and warehouse supplies)
• Validate finalized incoming orders: print labels and invoices, follow-up status pallet orders,…
• Prepare manufacturing orders in our ERP system
• Process transfers between different warehouses in our ERP system
• Create shipping labels
• Print all B2C orders for our warehouse
• Other ad-hoc tasks to support the operations team

Act as a back-up for:

• Keep an overview of finished product orders
• Order transport for packaging material and finished products
• Keep an overview of clocked hours warehouse and contact with interim agency
• Keep an eye on all other warehouse activities (pallet orders, labelling, picking,…)
• Follow-up of raw material orders
• Follow-up of suppliers
• Create articles in our ERP system (Odoo) and maintain this list

What we expect from you:

• You have at least 2 years working experience in a similar role
• You are an organisational HERO and love to work on different priorities
• You have a problem-solving attitude
• You are capable of working in a fast changing environment (including the necessary growing pains)
• Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
• You speak fluently Dutch, French and English
