PR, Buzz & Community Manager

There are plenty of good reasons to cut out alcohol, but there is NO good reason to cut out flavour!

As our PR, Buzz & Community guru, you will be the direct window into the world of our fast-growing brand. Managing and initiating relevant & cool SoMe, community, buzz & PR activities. Connecting the dots between our brand, all of our existing and potential fans, as well as internal & external stakeholders will be your challenge. Your geographical focus will be Benelux & France.

 

YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?

  • You are up to date with the latest news and trends in the business & media (in Belgium & abroad)
  • You love to monitor buzz, PR & sales opportunities on SoMe
  • It’s your responsibility to make sure our brand gets maximum coverage off & online
  • Keep track of key KPI’s: earned media reach, social engagement rate and social community growth
  • You manage and optimize a local, international PR & influencers working budget
  • You are responsible to trigger press & media for editorial content and also follow-up on the quality of the editorial content
  • Identify relevant influencers for our brand and get them interested to collaborate with us.
  • Monitor & coordinate our influencers’ communication & make sure it’s in line with our brand values

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • You have obtained at least a Bachelor’s degree (ideally in communications and/or PR)
  • You have minimum 7 years working experience in a similar role
  • You are familiar with all key SoMe channels and the handling of it through interfaces & tools
  • You are hungry to further develop our SoMe & PR presence off and online
  • You will blow us away with your creative, efficient & social mindset
  • You are KPI and result-driven
  • You understand that your job will contribute to our bottom-line sales results
  • You are a strong communicator and are not afraid to proactively engage with audiences & individuals
  • You are a team player but you can also operate independently by taking initiatives
  • You love arts, food, design, music, architecture,…and not afraid of traveling (Benelux & France) & engaging with international communities
  • You love to interact and empathize with people while keeping the interests of the company/brand in mind
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French, any other language is a big plus (eg. German, Spanish)
