Key Account Manager Benelux

Now, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team and help spread good vibes and deliciousness across Benelux.


  • Achieve the annual sales budget and customer-related sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor market trends, analyze customer developments, and keep an eye on competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate annual agreements on prices and conditions, ensuring strong commercial collaboration.
  • Manage the budget in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Ensure flawless execution of commitments, monitoring performance against indicators, and maintaining a positive return on investment.
  • Oversee operational management of assigned customers, including sales volume monitoring, monthly forecasts, and evaluating promotions.
  • Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in national and regional management sales meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Manager.
  • Regularly visit the Netherlands to strengthen client relationships.


  • Master's degree in Economics or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience with successful exposure to KAM or Category Manager roles in FMCG.
  • Proficiency in key KAM responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and effective business planning.
  • Results-oriented with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Autonomy in managing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of P&L management.
  • People management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business software; experience with Odoo is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
