YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?
As an intern in the HR department, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the HR lead.
- Providing ad hoc support on various HR aspects.
- Managing the HR database and handling administrative tasks.
- Assisting in employer branding projects, including events.
- Assisting in the planning and organization of training programs for employees.
- Supporting the recruitment process.
- Contributing to various HR projects.
- Analyzing and processing HR data.
- Gaining insight into different aspects of HR.
- Overall support of the HR team.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- You have a degree in marketing/ business or a related field.
- Enthusiastic and communicative with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-reliant and a team player.
- Autonomy, hands-on approach, stress resistance, analytical mindset, and detail-oriented.
- Available for a minimum of 3 months.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French with a good command of English.
