Regional Account Manager - Retail (Brussels)

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Junior Field Sales Area Manager to join our team and take charge of the retail landscape in the greater Brussels area.

YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?
- Our sales is done on the road, so you will mainly spend your time actively visiting 40+ retail clients and prospects each week
- Own your agenda – manage your territory, plan your visits, and prioritize like a pro
- Drive turnover, product distribution, and impactful local activations
- Build strong relationships with store teams, decision-makers, and regional partners
- Hit targets and contribute directly to Gimber’s growth – this is a performance-based role
- Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Manager, acting as their right hand on key projects and commercial initiatives
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- A recent graduate or young professional in sales, business, or marketing
- Holding a Master’s degree or able to show strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and confident working independently
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good understanding of English
- Driven by results and deals
- Eager to grow, and comfortable in a mobile, fast-paced environment
